So, Who I am and Why Did I start this website?
My name is Sergey and I immigrated to Canada in 1999.
I came straight to Calgary and you know what, I don’t regret it.
I like this city and I like this city a lot.
Since I came to Calgary I’ve always wanted to find a place online where I could read news and interesting stories about Calgary, but not just read them, I wanted to share my thoughts and I wanted to see what other people thought too. I’ve been in Calgary for 8 years and I still haven’t found such a place.
Well, today is February 25, 2007 and I decided to open this website.
Feel free to register and post interesting stories, news, and photos about Calgary, Alberta, Canada or just write comments for already published news. Comments do not require registration. Just please follow the terms and conditions. Don’t abuse it or you lose it.
Oh, here is another thing. As I said above I am an immigrant and English is my second language. So you may find some spelling mistakes and bad grammar in my posts.
