Calgary Stampede Revision
Wednesday, July 11th, 2007As many of you know the Calgary Stampede plays host to many exciting fun filled events for the whole family on a year round basis. However, some individuals think that the grounds of the stampede need a new facelift. This means that there will be jobs created and alot of work to be performed on the Calgary stomping ground. Backed by the federal government and local authorities, the Calgary Stampede will be receiving a whopping settlement for these upgrades. $53 million to be exact.
When it comes to expansion, it just doesn’t happen overnight. With the months and years that it has taken to plan these events, timing played a beneficial part in the expansion. (more…)
