Environmental Plan - At What Price Green?

Green, Green, Green. The federal government has announced their plan to reduce greenhouse gases 18% by 2010. As has become the standard in these polarized times, conservatives complain the plan is too expensive while liberals complain there are too many loopholes.
Especially concerned with the new plan are the business owners in Calgary, particularly those in the oil community. With Alberta’s green scheme and Canada’s reduction production there are worries that Calgary’s business sector will be doubly hit.
