Pet food lawsuit launched in Alberta
April 10th, 2007 posted by SkGoldA Calgary law firm Docken and Company launched an Alberta class-action suit against Menu Foods. The lawsuit has been filed on behalf of Jim O’Keefe and several other pet owners from Alberta and British Columbia.
The suit seeks compensation for the pet owners, which pets suffered after eating the tainted pet food products that were recalled. It claims that Menu Foods has poor quality control and that they did not warn the pet owners in a timely manner.
Docken and Company is inviting Albertans whose pets became sick to join the class-action lawsuit against Menu Foods.
