1. By submitting your news or story you are granting MyCalgaryCity.com the right to modify and format your news or story. In most cases we will not do this, however who knows.

3. You may submit your opinion on news. But it must be your opinion and not somebody else's. In this case the direct link to the news source must be provided.

   (Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs) therefore your submission to MyCalgaryCity.com gives permission of your news, story or photos to be reprinted in other online and offline publications.

9. Your news, stories or opinions MUST NOT have a insulting and degrading tone, and excess profanity.
   
   
10. Do not submit any news or stories with your affiliate link to some product or service. It will not be published.
    
    
11. Do not submit any news or stories that is an advertisement. News or stories that carry meaning like “Our product is good, our service is so cheap, our food is so tasty, come and buy from us” is considered as advertisement and it will not be published.
    
    
12. MyCalgaryCity.com cannot promise that each submitted story, opinion or photo will be published.
